Those of you who don't know the King, here he is,
my dear friend le Directeur la Maison Vacheron&Constantin, Dominique Bernaz,
or Dom as I'm privileged to say
On a question about this watch, which I'm sorry to say, not been especially appreciated at this forum...
You should wear it and see it in flesh
I got this answer from Dom, and where from in the whole watch world, would you get that for a quite simple watch,
no complications, not even Marlon Brando or Kennedy or other not watch intersted people,
you all know what they were intersted in?
Yep, other movements
OK, Dom's answer, please enjoy
About your watch:
Case and movment are matching.
We started manufacturing the watch in april 1948
We had the watch in inventory in december 1949
The watch was sold in 1952 to Rosenwasser in Le Havre France for 765.-- francs
The descrition of the dial matches the picture.
Have a resting day
Dom BTW it's Friday what are you wearing?
As you see a watch is two different persons dressed in black or brown
Take care out there
