A ref 4066 to me. The lugs, case, sub-seconds, etc. All match up. I cross references to Dean's reference gallery. There are dial variations out there, but yours is a dead ringer for the picture in his gallery. If this is right, I think it would be early-50's and house the P453/3B movement. It's a beauty. Lovely dart indexes as well. Need to see case markings and movement for definitive identification so, if you are up to it, remove the case back otherwise visit a trusted watchsmith and come back with good pictures please .
