We spent some time trying our luck with enamelling as well and that was even more of an education. It's a difficult and time-consuming metier, that leaves one with the utmost respect for those involved.

JB, thanks for both your posts. Your description of your SIHH experience

as well as your photos, not only adds to Alex's Personal Journey, but also makes THL for me to visit diligently each day several times.

Joseph, If I recall correctly you had intended to take along two cameras plus a couple of rolls of film.

With such beautiful results I'm intriqued how many of your photographs should be attributed to the film?

With thanks

Tony

Hi Tony,

All the photos were done with my Leica V-Lux 6 and its fantastic zoom (25-400mm f/2.8.)

I did have my M7 but didn't use it all that much. I haven't quite finished the roll yet blush

Best wishes,

Joseph
