Very evocative. Just make sure you don't drop a watch in the water. Or an oddly placed &...
An explanation is called for, Doc....

Old Pompe layed back at home before a trip on the H-D :-)

The day after New Years...

Hey Doc, that is the same view I had upon waking up the day after a tremendous New Years Eve party! Although face down in the shag carpet, I managed to unstick one eye and had exactly the same perspective . I feel all woozie just remembering... LOL, just kidding...I sense your love of the sea from previous pictures posted! We recently saw this years Banff Mountain Film Festival. One film called Solo was about a lone kayaker who attempted to cross the Tasmin Sea from Australia to New Zealand unsupported. He went missing and presumed drowned, but a film was made from what was recovered from a memory chip found in the upside-down kayak, along with publicity videos and interviews with his wife and friends. The sub-plot was his addiction to danger but the brief shots of a huge angry sea and his palpable fear will haunt me for awhile. Your picture is very evocative of that film. BTW, the Best of the Festival will be on world tour during 2010 and if it comes to a city near anyone, please take it in. Finding Farley was the Grand Winner and the absolute antithesis of Solo.
Thanks my dear friend :-)

Thanks for the "bigger" picture, Doc. Pompe certainly looks a real cool man and make no mistake he's talking to yer, baby!! No wonder they are man's best friend.......Keep well and best wishes, Tony
