Can somone tell me if my watch is genuine?

Hi there, i just bought a VC watch, but I am not quite sure if it is genuine, because i bought it second hand. Watch services in my country (Bulgaria) cannot tell me, because they had never dealt with vc before. Here are some pics i took:

Hello Namurakura,

Sorry, but I believe this is not a genuine VC, but there are definitely much more knowledgeable Loungers that can give you a more authoritative assessment.

BR, Dan

Its as genuine as

Pamela Anderson's body!

Here's what the watch should look like:

its a fake!

Well, everyone says it is a fake, what does make you think so? And, in your view, if fake, what would be a fair price to sell it?

Zero ! You don't sell fakes ! (nt)

If you look at the photo of the real watch posted above and the ones

you have posted you can clearly see the differences between what the real watch should look like so actually everything in your watch unfortunately lead to the conclusion that its a fake.

Sorry, it is surely a fake.

Well, i bought it from a gipsie for 10 euros, so I guess its not a big loss :) Besides, i don't want to sell it as an original watch, what i am asking is what the price of an imitation should be?

how can you buy a 10 euro watch and imagine it could be genuine? The

price of selling a fake could be an immense fine considering that in most countries selling counterfeit watches is a criminal offence.

I'm sorry but you can't actually come on the official VC forum asking

help on pricing a fake watch bought €10 so you can sell it!!!!

If your business is deception...

...then you should turn to something else than watches. Turn to Jeans or T-shirts, maybe that would work better.

How much do you think a Mercedes car made up of Fiat spare parts that don't fit together should cost? Especially if the engine is made of bicycle parts?

I certainly hope you would not resell this cheaply made knock-off with the VC logo or name still on it as you say you intend to do.  The "Swiss Made" mark, maybe you can leave on it, as it probably has as many Swiss made parts as some other swiss watches. I hope people can see my ironic tone here.

Nobody (and I repeat: Nobody) would buy this as a VC watch, certainly not for the hundreds of euros you might wish to fool people for.

If you want to sell cheap mechanical watches, then by all means do: create your brands (don't steal it from someone else), and have someone manufacture the watches, and voila!

Seriously, if you think you can fool anyone with this junk, think again.
