Classic VC Automatic : informations and price...

I have the possibuility to buy a VC from a friend but I have no idea about the valutation.

The external code is 462933

Internal code 620627 K1121

On the back cover there is also the code 7390 Q

The model is an automatic  rectangular in white gold 18K

Is it possible to have some help to identify this VC and the value of it?

Thank you very much for your help...

does the watch look like this?

If yes then its the ref 7390 the Q in yours means that it should have a date.  K1121 is the type of caliber it uses which is a fantastic extra flat automatic caliber. The ref 7390 was made in the late 60s early 70s. As for value I don't have an idea, check the interent sites of different auction houses: Antiquorum, Christies or Sothebys or do a google search for 7390 and you may see what past auctions this watch has been selling for.

on line for a vintage watch as there are just so many factors that come in line. Thisi s even more tru for a watch like yours which is rather rare and one I haven't seen on the secondary market.

Looking forward for scans and welcome to the Lounge

Thank you too and on-line informations

Hello Alex,

Thank you very much is a pleasure for me to write in this forum!

yesterday night I tried to make a research on line (I found your forum in this way) and effectively I didn't find any watch like the one that I would like to buy.

Maybe because I used the external number 462933 and not the 7390 Q and only today I had the permission to open it and find the correct numbers.

What impressed me is that after more than 30 years without use it started immediately, the only thing that it goes a little be faster...
