I suspect I will make time! Especially with a teaser like that.
d'egalitè, surely a chronometer. Sounds like a lot of tech-fun!
Can't wait for the rest :-)
Isn't it already tomorrow somewhere? ;-)
A monopusher in the stem for a chronograph, and is that a slider button for a repeater mechanism, although I don't see any hammers. Everything else is hidden.
There is also a pointer above the balance wheel for adjusting it, but what unique design!.
Maybe it's just a chrono perpetual.
I'll be baaaaack!
I saw the pin at the 11 o'clock position (when looking at the face of the watch) as an old pendant-wind, pin-set system. Where one pushes down the pin in while turning the pendant in order to set the time.
I did wonder what the mono pusher was for as the movement doesn't seem to show any chronograph or trip minute-repeater functions. But then I looked more carefully at the picture and think that the pusher opens the back case in order to view that beautifully sophisticated movement. Just like a hunter-case, but opening the back instead of the front.
some pics on a decently well known social network, actually pics of more than one pocket watch that seemed to make me speechless.
But like a good Lounger, I will wait...:-)
