Well, here's my take:
Of course I'm not eligible for the prize. I want to give it away, not keep it!
The slogan I came up with, very simple:
Vacheron-Constantin: The Essence of Time
Now here's an ad campaign (only one ad) for VC
You will have to excuse the imperfections, but time was of the "essence".
You may not be able to read all the text, so I have included it below the image.
The first photo which is of Paris in the 1920's says: "Your great-grandfather picked up his Vacheron in the '20's
The insert is a small table watch from the 1920's
The second photo which shows some US troops in France says: " your grandfather also got his Vacheron in Europe under different circumstances." The insert here is a smalll pocket watch from 1944
The third photo (which is actually a photo of my son's graduation) says: "Your father got his as agraduation gift"
The insert shows a VC 4627 around a diploma.
The text on the left side bar says:
"For over 250 year, Vacheron-Constantin has had a Tradition...
a tradition of leadership, excellence, artistry and innovation.
Vacheron-Constatin has always been at the fore-front of horology.
Their master timepieces have been worn by royalty, great leaders
of the world, great scientists and thinkers, artists and artisans alike.
But Vacheron-Constantin has also had a tradition of family and has
handed down its expertise from generation to generation, always striving
Jean-Marc Vacheron once said:
"One must always strive to do one's best, but it is always possible to do better!"
And so it has been with the Vacheron family
as with any family.
Let our heritage become part of your heritage.
Become part of a great Tradition...Ours
