In my opinion it's the caseback...

04/03/2008 - 16:09

it's a "see-through" dial like in skeleton or tourbillon models. Who knows, Alex could have mixed both caseback and the dial to lose us there...

You guys really think I'm warped ;-) (nt)

I don't think it is the caseback - VC would not put its logo (cross and name) on the back like that...

are those Maltese cross symbold on the saphire? I'm even more lost

than before   I really can't make it out....

that's gonna be one sweet baby!

This is looking very modern...

I wonder what the orange lines correspond to - power reserve?

Important fact to point out:
04/03/2008 - 15:08

The concept of the dial is THE SAME as one of the ideas I had proposed for the HL special edition - yes, Alex and Fred, the one you branded unfairly "Pimp my Watch"...

Will some of the Loungers now eat their words?

Maybe I should go work with Mr Selmoni...

Open-faced automatic with some funky desing theme applied to the inner-side of the crystal.

But everyone can already see that.

you mean open-face like in Retrograde 245...

I like the idea...

or something like the Masks ? NT

I'm beginning to think that there is more than one watch in these snippets just like the time Alex introduced Les Masques.

I think the technique on the dial &/or crystal is the same.
