Is it correct ?

If yes, I thought that the three dimensional Moon Phases was a patent creation from De Bethune ?

Hi Lin, IIRC the moon is not a ball but...

I am not 100% positive.  I am sure that Alex can provide a definitive answer. Btw, this piece is a real stunner and would make a wonderful addition to any collection. Cheers, Duncan
I'm think Duncan is right

the moon seems to be on a disc... If it was like the DB, the traditional cut-out shape would not be necessary... It does look like it is round, but maybe it is just the way the light reflected on that picture. Cheers,  Francois

By the way, Alex, would you have any pics of the Malte Tonneau Regulateur that has a portion of its dial in white metal? Cheers,  Francois
I saw this watch at La Boutique beginning of October

and it's an impressive one! It reminds (partly) the vintage watch made for the American market. If I remember well, only 20 pices at Geneva for the world! Am I correct Alex? Cheers
