Fake?

I'm going to assume it's fake. I've googled the serial number and nothing comes up. It reads 8575 and also 000058 on the back. It also has the 750 stamp for 18k gold, but I'm no jeweler.

Per Shady Joe's post, another red flag comes up because it says Tourbillon and Perpetuel on the front in addition to the Vacheron Constantin and also seems to have an overabundance of the maltese crown (spinning second keeper on bottom of dial, crown, deployment clasp)Just looking for confirmation, don't know anything about watches, and didn't want to walk into a jeweler and look like a moron. Any help or jeers appreciated!

Yes most definitely! Go to the Vacheron website to see the real ones and compare the quality of manufacture to the one you showed. It should be obvious! JB

Thanks for the input guys! The pictures were taken by an iphone (re: pretty crappy), and it does look impressive in person with good weight. However, no noticeable jewels and i suppose the face lacks "brilliance." I guess a bad fake is better than no watch at all! Thanks again for the help

What is that thing at the bottom?  It isn't a tourbillion because there is a center second hand, and the scale at the bottom isn't even mathematically correct.  It goes 15, five hash marks, 20, ten hash marks 35,five hash marks 40.
