Help to check authenticity of my watch

Hi everyone. I have a watch - vacheron constantin 733221 42005. As well as other i got them from my "uncle". In turn, he got them from a friend who lives in Switzerland (and his friend are not a poor man and can to buy real vacheron watches). Please, help me to check authenticity of this watch. I don't want to sell it, but i want to know, what is that watch. And if it's a replica why a watch contains all of the authenticity's marks (like "Swiss made", strap with stamp, original clasp, the watch's mechanism with jewels) ?   The fotos of watch from one web site (my watch are absolutly identical):

I'm sorry Alex. But i don't understand why this watch is fake? Can you tell me something what a difference between my watch and original ( except for precious metal and etc)? And again i say that I'm just interesting.
