Help identifying this watch?

This is a recent online purchase.  Rose gold, dial diameter 30mm, case diameter approx. 34mm.  Dial is obviously refinished inauthentically, but I bought this to wear, not to collect.  Any info on an appropriate buckle would be appreciated too.  Thank you...

Michael, Congratulations on a beautiful time piece - - a good way to get started.  If you are patient and consistent in search activities, you may find a VC dial that fits your watch (most likely would require refinishing).  The buckle that goes with your watch would be straight, retangular with VC hallmanrks on the inside.  They are really, really scarce.  A Maltese Cross-type rose gold buckle is an easier find and I think looks great on 1940's VC's.  Keep in mind that when chosing a strap you have to evaluate whether straight or taper from lug to buckle.   Decisions, decisions -- that's what watch collecting is all about.  Good Luck.  Robert
