Help Old Power Reserve

Hi I'm Mario from Italy,

I'm desperately seeking info about this  V&C Power Reserve.

I'd like to know the complete ref number and, if possible, the value, some pictures and if you know where to find it.

Ciao

Help Old Power Reserve

Welcome Mario, that's the ref 47200 Patrimony with power reserve and

date. It has a 36 mm case and houses the automatic cal 1127.

This model was discontinued this year in favor of the new Malte Power Reserve with date and manual wind cal 1420

You can read more about it here:

I haven't seen one for sale for quite some time but if you do an internet seach you may find one second hand.

I saw the old Power Reserve (I think two) for sale at...

Dear Alex,

thanks a lot for your prompt reply.

I knew that the reference was the 47200, that's why asked for the complete number since as you clearly can see the watch I posted a picture is quite different from the Patrimony Power Reserve. So I guessed that the last digits were different.

In the picture I posted the watch according to me is much more "clean" and "elegant". Has at 12 hrs the classic V&C logo and almost in the center the brand "vacheron constantin" while in the patrimony both are placed at 9 hrs.

Than the supposed older one has roman numbers placed all over the dial with the exeption of the one placed at 12 while the patrimony has the roman numbers only at 4, 8 and 12.

That's why I'm looking for more info about this watch.

same reference, the watch in your photo is the 1st generation of

47200 which was updated with a new vertical guilloche dial and bigger numerals in 2003. The model you are showing was launched in the late 90s-early 2000.

FYI the full ref n° is 47200/000g/8444

I too would like to know the approximate value of this watch  - that is the original 47200 - as I have the possibilty of buying one and I have no idea of its value.

Can anyone help.

Thanks
