I assume you are referring to the new VC watch called the Quai de l'Ile. It literally means: "quay or embankment of the little island"
The name refers to a location in Geneva, a little island where the lake flows into the Rhone River, and at which location is the Vacheron Boutique. It used to be the centre of manufacturing for the watches until the new location opened in Ouatres-les-Plats, just outside of the city. The famous tower is there (Tour de l'Isle).
