HI Alex, I don't think that there is an equation of time, at least not from this photo. That function usually has a "kidney " shaped wheel or rotating piece. But the 2 axles suggest a surise/sunset function but I don't really think so. The size of the toothed wheels on each side is different as are the associated pieces suggesting independent unrelated functions. Maybe this part is the Day and date actions and the really interesting part is elsewher?? Hmmm...

- Tourbillon (we can see a very little part at 6 on the picture (a screw and a very very little part of the Maltese cross cage) - Sunset/Sunrise (2) (lower symetric of center hands, at right and lecf of tourbillon) at 8 and 4 ? - dates ? (2) (upper symetric, in center of the 2 round big pieces ) at 12 and 2 - or a chrono at 9h30 and 2h30, so at 12 could be a date ? -  a power reserve at 10 ? at 1, what can be at 1 ? at 9 and half, there is something too very interesting !
