Historique Coussin Perpetual Calendar in Platinum

I just bought the title new watch (Model 43045/000P-9336) from a local AD.  It is a part of a limited edition of 20 pieces manufactured in 2008.  Unfortunately, I could not find any information from either the VC's official website or elsewhere.  Can anyone of you tell me some more information on this watch.

scan courtesy of Foversta more info and scans here this watch is a true limioted edition as its not just a different dial but a whole new creation: - case of American 1921 exists only in RG and onlw time only here you have a platinum case and a perpetual whereas VC does not have a regular perpetual but either with a chronograph or skeletonised. This piece was made in 2007 in only 20 pieces and features the extra flat automatic cal 1120 with a perpetual calendar module. Its a gorgeous watch and would love to read your impressions

Yes this is.  I have two other perpetual calendar watches.   One is limited edition from IWC in platinum and another one is from H Moser in 18K white gold.  This VC is considered the best among those.  It is not thick and the size is excellent at 40 mm. I don't know why it was manufactured in 2008 with a limit of 20,  but still could get a new one this year.

production numbers can vary depending on the availability of

movements and it is common that a limited edition piece be produced over a certain time and not all at once.
