A horological Christmas present

This arrived for Christmas this year, a thoughtful gift from my wife, Heather.  The roll, not the watches.  (Maybe next year?) Just in time for SIHH, too.  It really is of great quality and excellent materials.  We will see how it "wears", but initial satisfaction is very high and I would definitely recommend.

Cool, I'm glad to hear we will finally meet at SIHH!

I hope Heather comes with you.

The case looks really nice, congratulations!

Depending on how large the roll is. compared with the diameter of the bracelets/straps.  You might want to see if there is a way to make sure the watches can't slide along the roll and come in contact with each other.

Thanks for the tip.  The ones on the strap work out quite nicely and the OS on the bracelet is nice and snug.  The Omega does tend to want to slide... I think I may add padding between them all as a precaution anyway.  Thank you.  Forewarned is forearmed, we we say.

your wife is definitely thoughtful :-)

Very useful item

It works for pocket watches too, once you remove the inner cushion!

Any tweaking needed for pocket watches, so they don't move around? (nt)

Dan, depends on your roll

My watch rolls have three individual cuffs instead of one long one, so I can use one or two of them to fill the vacant space and keep everything tight, but I think a few pillow cushions would also work nicely.

Undertood, thanks! (nt)
