ZOWIE, Alex!!

Quelle fete!!

That is some PR excursion! I'm glad you were there to share it with us.

Now just a moment while I retrieve my tongue off the floor.

The watches are spectacular, really lovely pieces. VC should be proud.

Are there any vidio (mp4, avi, quicktime etc.) segments to of the proceedings to share?

Many thanks for all your efforts in sharing a wonderful trip.

Joseph

Hi Alex,

I was referring to any videos that may be available, press conference, display of watches, trip into the mine itself etc.

Thanks very much.

Joseph

10/14/2007 - 16:55

taking photos was difficult enough) however VC has a new film on its platinum collection which will be on line soon.

YUMMY :D

thanks Alex for the report !
10/14/2007 - 23:40

And for the pics !

Well...
10/15/2007 - 11:37

First, thank you Alex for these informations.

I'm so found of the QP Chrono, I have to admit that I have a problem to be honest seing this platinium edition.

The QP here, imho, has lost his power, his strength.

indexes have lost there "arrow" shape, hands are thiner, glass is designed in continuum of the box shape; lost the officer's back.

But the thing which annoys me at most, is the huge difference of caracters between counters of minutes and seconds. the perfect balance left/right is lost. Also have this in Chrono Historique in fact.

In an other way, I also have to admit that this edition is maybe easier to wear, being a littel big more discreet.

But I hope that QP in is standard collection will continue to be as it is !

Deniz.

The Malte Perpetual Calendar Chronograph in the regular production has
10/15/2007 - 15:28

been discontinued.

A dream is gone !
10/15/2007 - 19:40

I'm sad.

sad sad sad

Thank You!
