Seasonal Affective Disorder...a condition that occurs in northern climates where the tilt of the earth's axis causes longer periods of darkness during the winter and less daylight.  The treatment...keep in touch with friends and buy a bright lamp .

Doc is back again. I have had sveral infections, probably because all the bad things I have done in 35 years as a doc I  haven't had a sick-day for all my life, so far and never stayed home from work. So I believe this is a cleaning of my inside Anyway I have been a true LURKER, but I haven't had the power of going in to posting until now. Probably you will regret yourself when I start again. Hope all you are in good health, up here in Scandinavia, even my son's pals have had several flus, I guess it's from me! Still it's nice when his friends visit me, even though he is 400 kms away! Just a pic to lift this post, you seen it before Doc
I think you are now getting much better Doc, we can see it in your

post. You are now thinking more about watches, that is always a good thing! It is strange this year how we have had the big snow in Europe, big rains in California, big snow in New York and all these earthquakes--a big year for natural phenomenon. So, why are watches getting smaller? What is the realtionship? Just something to ponder while Spring takes her time to arrive. Take good care, Best, Tim

With all that snow, they should've moved the Olympics to your backyard! (They might have been wary of the flu infections though)... I am glad that we almost never have any snow in Osaka.   At any rate, I hope things get warmer and you get better soon. All the best! Kazumi

I got so fed up I had to flee the country for a while, now sitting in a mere 32 degrees centigrades on the island Koh Tao in the south of Thailand where I've been scuba diving. Quite a contrast compared to back home! Decent view :) My best wishes to all Loungers! Martin
