Just changed my OS Strap back to the Bracelet

Well, there is not much really to cover here, but I wanted to thank Dean for his great tutorial and Alex for the lovely loupe that I used.

One observation is how new and fresh the watch feels.  Remarkable what a difference it makes.  It wears differently on the wrist (heavier) and definitely looks different.  Funny how the mind forgets after a few months of summer wear on the rubber strap.

Anyway, nothing insightful or witty, just some sincere thanks for the help here at the Lounge - as always.

great to hear the Lounge helped you out on this and yes the OS is really versatile depending

But I had Eduardo do it at the NYC boutique. I get too nervous, and he had a lot of tools to do it right.  It feels so good to go back to the braclet

I wish I were closer to a boutique

Miami is a couple of hours away. The screw heads are not perfect, but with caution I did not have any real incidents. One day I'll get back to the boutique and maybe they can do a change there and replace the screws? You can't see the screw head "damage" except under a loupe. I actually could probably do it now without any problems for the screw heads. Took some experience to learn how to "break" the thread adhesive.  All good. Fun too.

maybe and I'm just saying maybe VC will come up with an easy solution to

I hope an opportunity presents itself soon to make such changes... you know... like a new generation of the watch... celebrating an anniversary or something.  Something like that.  Hypothetically.

I'm the proud new owner of an OS Chrono and I would like to get a rubber strap for versatility sake. How can I source one, not being anywhere near a boutique or AD.

Thanks.....Tommy

P.S.....would someone provide the link to the tutorial for changing the bracelet.
