To keep my promise to Dan, here's the wrist shot

of the Historique 1912.  Thanks to the efficient Singapore VC boutique, in particular Ms Sarah, for the strap. Pardon the quality of the photos.  Used my iPhone for the quick shots.

The strap's shine matches the style of the watch.  I like the shirt as well, yes  BR, Dan

...I'd like to try a Historique 1912, to see if the flexible lugs improve wearing comfort... Cheers, Francois
Thanks, Francois. The flexible lugs are wonderful

as they will conform to different wrist sizes, much better than fixed ones.  As the straps are new and stiffer, the lugs are more extended and will probably taper when the straps are seasoned.  Thus it does improve wearing comfort somewhat.  Despite the benefits, flexible lugs aren't common.  In fact, rather rare.  Any particular reasons?  Is it durability or difficulty in design and production?
