{lease help identify my watch

I inherited this watch from my late mother. She received it from either her mother or grandmother. I replaced the band with a copy of the original. It keep perfect time. A watch repairer said he thought it was called "Little Lady" and might be circa 1940s. Can you give me more information?{lease help identify my watch

That's a really pretty watch, keep it and give it to a daughter/granddaughter, if you are so blessed.
