Malte Manual Chronographe Ref 47120

Which are the differences (if there are) between this ref and Patek 5070 ?

Could someboby help me ?

Thanks

Andrea

Both the VC and the Patek are based on

a Lemania CH 27 ebauche which is in my opinion an amazing movement. It is difficult to know what each brand does to the movement as they are all very secretive about this but I know that Patek adds a gyromax balance and a cap on the column wheel (this has no thechnical advantage but rather a nod to vintage chronographs). In terms of aesthetic finish I find that VC's is more pleasing to the eye with clearer Geneva stripes and a better anglage on the bridges.

In terms of looks its a matter of taste but I find the Malte Chronograph  in the Excellence Platine collection to be one of the nicest chronos on the market!

...I would choose VC. Base of the movement is the same but design of VC more speak to me.
