matching case and movement numbers ?

Good morning all, i joined this forum and have already read so many interesting about these beautifull watches, thank you for all this information.
As i am looking to buy my first gold dress watch, i discovered vintage watches made by Vacheron Constantin, and they are great, and i have already seen many pictures here, to many to choose from. This model 4570 is for me the nicest and in my budget i hope.
I have read it`s possible to check with you if the numbers are matching the model and year.
It is a model 4570 in rose gold, from the year 1950,
case number 315358
movement number 487519.
It looks exactly like the picture shown in your forum thread http://www.thehourlounge.com/index.php?module=Thread&action=view&threadid=63655&id=63711 and i love its simple elegance and colour. The seller also shows a copy of an extract, but before flying to Paris i was hoping to double check with you. Thank you kindly for your time.

Dear Dutchman, what a truly beautiful watch, one of my favorite vintage Vacherons. However, if it needs an overhaul, it would have to go directly to Geneva, I think, and it may take months before you see it again.  Also, they are pretty costly but it sure is so much more expensive buying a new one! That watch you're looking at is as beautiful as the current patrimony. Also, make sure the size of the watch you're looking at is the right size for you. Wish you luck.
the numbers correspond to a watch from 1950
