New Platinum Perpetual Chrono in platinum

Alex, that article was superb. Sorry if I missed this point somewhere, but is the new Perp. Chrono moonphase different than the previous perp. chrono moonphase? The photo you show in your article is just jaw-dropping. I may have never noticed or been shown how extraordianry it is, if it is indeed the same as before. This new watch is one of the most exciting I have seen, ever. I've already contacted my AD about it. Now, the price...

same movement and dial lay out and all the rest is different. The case of the Platinum Excellence model is larger (42mm vs 39mm) but also thinner since it does not have a cuvette back, round pushers have replaced the rectangular ones of the previous model, the moonphase display and dial have also been redone.
