New watch doesn't move, What should I do?

Dear Friends,
I have just bought a new watch, FC-360M4P5,  I tried every means, but it dosn't move. Then I asked a friend to go to the shop and changed a new one, it still dosn't move? They said I didn't know how to operate it. Can anybody give me some guidance? Many thanks.

Hi Liu, I'm sorry to hear about your watch.  I don't recognize the VC model # you listed, FC-360M4P5.  Did you buy it at the AD in Wangfujing?  (I notice you are in Beijing and Time City is the only VC AD I know of in Beijing). Can you post a scan/picture of your watch to so we can take a look at it? Can you describe what the dealer told you in terms of not knowing how to operate the watch? Thanks and Best Regards, Dan

What make and model is this watch? I don't recognize the numbers either. Is it a manual wind (and you are not winding it) or is it an automatic? Unfortunately your information is insufficient to determine a solution for your problem. Please try to be more specific. Photos and details would be helpful. JB
that's a Frederic Constant not a Vacheron Constantin :-) however have

For those curious, here is the watch in question, (Courtesy of the Frederic Constant web site). It is in fact an automatic. So if its not working, take it back! JB
And perhaps consider getting a VC... ;-) (nt)
