A night in Paris - part IIB

This wonderful event organized by Vacheron Constantin took part in the marvellous Boutique 2 Rue de la Paix, then we had a presentation and a fantastic dinner at the Westminster Hotel on the other side of the street.

Frddy Mercury gave a hand to help Alex to do the presentation. History of VC is so rich and goes back to 1755 ! And of course the Art Deco period showed a lot of different kind of design as shown.

Then smiling Alex came back, replacing Freddy.

That evening Alex also decided to be an inspired conductor...

All smiles in the photos.  smiley I am drooling over the Patrimony Traditionnelle Squelette automatique.  I really want a skeleton by VC.  It is Halloween, after all. wink That photo of the Degas pieces is perhaps the best I have seen thus far.  It really makes that watch come alive. I want to see that one in person.  And the Toledo 1951 looks better and better particularly in these live shots. Thanks for posting these photos and for the fun write-up. Best, Robert
