80% of production going to the South American market (mostly Brazil where it was sold via subscription via an agent in Rio named Campos). The Chronometre Royal was a robust precision instrument and considered as one of the best chronometers of the time.
Your watch can date anywhere from 1907 to 1920.
Its a fantastic piece of horology.
As for price it is difficult to give any info based only on a picture as prices can greatly fluctuate depending on condition. Have a look at Antiquorum's web site to get an idea on what the Chronometre Royal watches have been selling for.
