Didnt know there was a DVD with the book but Im looking forward of that movie night.

I think all those small anecdotes thats makes you see the whole "picture" if you know what I mean.

To bad though that there was no book with the mail today. But as we say in Sweden: The one who waits for something good never waits to long.

Alex, what is it better to have, this book or "the Universe of Vacheron Constantin"?

This one I know is a bit more difficult to find as it is sold out for some years now.

The World of VC is an excellent book but for me it is more a history

book (relating the happening of the time from the begining of VC to the 1990s) than a book on VC. So if you have the choice of getting only one I would suggest the Secrets of VC however the World of VC is definately worth having if you can find it.

Very good book and DVD

When I was buying my Jubile 1755 two years ago, I had mentioned the then new book to my AD.  To my surprise, he later gave me the book for free saying that I get it for purchasing the Jubile (is that true Alex?).  The book is in Japanese (I would have been happier with an English version) but beggars can't be choosers.

Anyway, I think it was a brilliant move on their part because, when I discovered the DVD (I actually did not notice till after many months..LOL!), I got hooked on the Toledo that was featured in the DVD.  A few months later, I bought exactly the same WG Toledo.

It is definitely a very interesting and informative book.  The DVD is also entertaining if not influential (at least in the case of my Toledo)

not sure the book was supposed to be given to all anniversary piece
