A couple weeks ago I posted a picture of my newly recieved VC 47014 on this forum. Since receiving the watch is is consistently 2 minutes fast per day. The watch was serviced at an AD last year and that service is still under warranty. The seller has offered to pay the shipping to have it sent back to the jewler but would consider the transaction complete at that time. Meaning that if there was anything else wrong with the watch not covered by a simple regulation or service, I would be responsible for it financially. It's seems like a lot of risk on my end if something major is wrong. He has also offered to issue a full refund. What would you do? I am torn. Thank you so much for your help.
Could it be magnetized?

if so, get demagnetized
As Jason said it is probably magnetized and that takes

about 5 mins to fix. However, I don't understand the seller's position if the watch is under warranty
