you have been asking identification long enough to know that

you have to provide case and movement numers so we can check On a side note I think that it is important not only to take but also to give and a forum is a place for sharing. If all members only asked questions but never participated in anything else The Hour Lounge would become the most uninteresting place on earth.

From the pics, the watch looks legitimate. A photo of the inside of the back would be helpful since it often includes the model number. VC has recently released a modern day version of this watch called the Ultra Fine 1955 ( a clue to the year yours was made). You can find it on their website under "Les Historiques" Movement and case numbers are essential to provide legitimacy of the watch. Macro photos of the movement would also help. As far as price is concerned....do a search on Antiquorum, Christies etc once you have the model number and see how much  they sold for. Good luck JB
This is the picture of the case back, and can you help me to check by

Whether it seem to be re-finishe or not ? because some of my friends think the word "Vacheron&Constaintin here is too new and cannot be original for this watch ages (55 years ), Thanks you
numbers match a piece from 1957

They are incorrect. The "Vacheron & Constantin" is correct for the 1950's. The dial may have been cleaned up but I can't tell for sure. But it is a nice looking watch nevertheless. JB

So if it was cleaned up, does it mean that the dial is not original or refinished ?
It depends on exactly what was done and who did it.

You may have to  send it to Vacheron for the final word. JB
