I'm touched by all emotions you have shown me.
I will not stop keeping an eye on you.
BUT, I will not look at this page the first thing in the morning, as I have done for 4 years!
I'm already going on with my Art Deco interest, it was there long before Vacheron&Constantin, I must admit.
On Tuesday I bought this art deco furniture from Nordiska Kompaniet 1927. They are represented in most of the Art Deco literature,
and on the backside, what do I find?
I brass sign and I called the National Historic Museum, who enlightened me that it was made in oak 1927 by Nordiska Kompaniet.
Couldn't find the designer but will.
Just look at it and some of you will understand why I'm stucked in Art Deco!

and at home, in contrast to IKEA wardrobes and other details, just look at the carvings and the drop shaped hinges

Signifcant that my last post for a long, long time...perhaps ever , is not about a watch, but an Art Deco furniture.

Thanks again my friends I will miss you more than you will miss me,

and I'm glad you buy, and own pw's, because you MUST know how a watch function,

and that you only can see with your own eyescool

farewell heart

cheers

Even if you just drop by every now and then it would be a glad sight for everyone, I'm sure. smiley That's a beautfiul piece of furniture, you have a great eye. Speaking of pocket watches, you know which one I'm completely in love in... ;)
I know Doc that you'll be around...
