Price of Dual Time Regulator

Hi,

I am interested in the Dual Time Regulator and have enquired about the price here in the UK.

One retailer told me it will cost £13,500 to buy.

Does anyone know if VC watches are cheaper to buy in Switzerland, an dif so how much can the DTR be picked up for?

Thank you,

Shams.

In general prices in Switzeland are lower than in the rest of

Europe due to a 7.5% VAT whereas in the rest of Europe its closer to 20%!!

So I guess it would be cheaper for you to get one from Switzerland.

You're going to make Doc happy wanting a DTR

The price in Switzerland, when I asked Maison VC,

about 6 months ago :

YG or RG : 26.200 CHF , roughly about £ 12.000

WG :  29.400 CHF and in this case about £ 10.800

And remeber you get 7% VAT back

Hmmm, thats still a lot of money. But it is a beautiful watch, there's no argueing that.

I went to the Harrods watch room and saw the IWC Portofino which I loved, but when I looked online and saw some VC and Audemars Piguet timepieces out there they made the IWC look plain.

This will be my first 'expensive' timepiece so I want to make the right decision. The IWC is £2300 here and even that I thought was too much. I'll keep dreaming about the VC DTR for the time being.

Thank you,

Shams.

good luck in your decision and keep us posted :-) (nt)
