Problem with malte chrono

Dear all, i'm new here
i bought a brand new vc malte chrono 47120 sept last year at AD in  indonesia with complete document. A couple of days after that i realised the middle secondhand and the minute counter secondhand (left subdial) weren't linear. Also had a little dust inside the machine.. the piece was then sent to richmont singapore for fixing, yet after it came back, the minute counter secondhand was linear but secondhands in the middle wasn't quite right.
the piece was sent to richmont singapore again. after that, everything was okay. however, when the chrono was running, the minute counter secondhand moved a little further from the mark at 15 - 26 minutes.
it sent for the 3rd time to richmont. but they said it dial problem, mean not the machine..??
i asked to send it to factory. it was then sent to switzerland for another fixing and arrived  back a couple of days ago with yet another issue, the minute counter secondhand is a little short from the mark of minute 28-30 and 1-5. i'm not convinced at the moment if the manufacturer can fix the issue or if this is the best the manufacturer can do. is there any chance for machine replacement since it is still under official warrant.
And i dont have any email address to send complain to factory
Anyone can help? thank you very much

it is a technical problem, the secondhand does not point exact / allign with the mark when reach the numeral 28, 29 - 5, it looks the hand more foreward than the mark. sorry cant take photo, i tried to take  but it didnt look good, couldnt see the gap. thank you
you mean continious second hand does not align exactly with the

second markers? I've heard of this problem with other brands as well and I'm not sure it is something that can be fixed as it depends on the dial and the markers can be off by a few microns here and there. Maybe the more tech savvy can chip in
the continuous seconds hand or the chronograph seconds hand?
