a quick bit of everything

Since I have had a crazy week at work and am leaving for a week holidays, I did not have time and will not have time to reply to a lot of threads.... so here is a reply to a bit of everything... (I skimmed the first posts of a few threads)

1. Thanks Alex!!!! I received the Geneva Seal booklet and it is fantastic. The quality of the print is probably the best I have seen on any kind of medium!! Many many thanks for it!!

2. I haven't even read the interview of Christian or the two VC articles from watchtime... But I will take my faithful magazine with me for the plane.

3. new function: great start!!! I know I will need a lot of those "back" and "new posts" functions when I come back from leave... you people will probably have posted so many things... and I still haven't really read any of the threads from this week...

4. Claude: very nice watch. I realyl like it!!!

5. Alex: thanks for the creative department piece, I always like seeing new things and the birth of good ideas.

6. Alex: I really like your patrimony black dial.

And I don't remember other stuff....

See you all in just over a week!!

I understand how busy you can be before going to vacation!

One wants to finish all things still running, to answer some former posts, to friends...

Well, once everything is more or less settled, you are happy to change your mind, to rest, and so on.

But you also know that you will run once you will be back, and that hundreds (no no no: I should say thousands) of posts will have been sent, and again, it will take time to read them, to answer, and... again to read and to answer till next vacation.

So, try to forget as much as possible the dayly life, and have good and wonderful relaxing vacation...

Cheers, Patrice

Have a safe and pleasureable (and hopefully relaxing) vacation!

Ahh, you said it, Nico.  I will also be taking a break shortly so I am up to my neck (actually over my head!) with work.  As I mentioned in an earlier thread, I've been working from 7am to 11pm for the last week or so.  In fact, I am just taking a break from work as I type this.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy your vacation and maybe you will have something "horological" to tell us when you get back.

All the best

Kazumi

Have a good trip Nico.....nt
