Reminiscing the summer...

Just as summer vacation widns up for most of us there are lots of fond memories from distant placesReminiscing the summer...Reminiscing the summer.... I just want to share with you some of those happy moments measured by the smiles of the loved ones.

It is the highest value I treasure the most in the world: the best quality time spent with family and friends.
Just enjoy and recall your time off. Hope it's as fun and as relaxing as mine has been...

and life is all about. It doesn't hurt to have a great watch along too! Here's a little good-bye my Father took from our Canadian trip, not bad for a guy in his 80's! This is Maligne Lake, near Jasper, water a lot colder than your fishing trip! Best to all,  Tim
Yup, the water is cold...

I swam every day of while on hoilday in the Laurentians, near Montreal, and I would always come out of the lake with blue skin and in need of a warm shower after my 30min swim... It was fun at the beginning, but I can tell you that by the end of the trip I wasn't looking forward to my morning swims. And I'm sure the water in Maligne must be even colder! Very nice shot by the way, thanks Tim!
Looks like a great time

I laughed out loud when I saw the picture of your daughter and the tuna. It's almost bigger than her if not bigger. I hope she's fully recovered by now. Thank you for sharing and reminding us all of what really matters in life - Family and friends. And VC.
What an enjoyable life!

I have always been interested to travel to other countries than to visit local destinations...Many foreigners have come to Bali over & over to see the beauty of its nature, incld. many local tourists. Hm...something wrong with me! I better pay Bali another visit one day to check what I have been missing... Glad you enjoy Bali, my friend!

The people there was exceptional! (nt)

Yes, they truly value tourists.

As Balinese people can make a living because of tourism. They even form their own watch guard teams, to take care of problems like pickpocket, theft, robbery, etc. They really wish to make Bali as safe & beautiful place. Bravo! In the capital city, Jakarta where I stay, it's hell!
that's a tough life you have buddy :-) nt

Radek, just loved your post and photos. Glad you and your family had a most enjoyable summer holiday. Your Overseas Chrono with the rubber strap, makes me want one real bad for my watch too. You are a great fisherman with a 10 pounder. Thanks for sharing with your Lounger family. Best regards, Matt

Many thanks for sharing these pics.  I had kind of forgotten about the concept of a summer vacation after moving to Singapore.  In the tropics, there just isn't the different seasons... Glad that you were anle to enjoy a seemingly wonderful time with your family and your trusty companion. Cheers, Duncan
