and you'll scratch your head at how each can work for the same company!! ;-)
...all the while wearing an MB&F and to make it even worse - MB & F screensaver??? :-)
I must say VC is really tolerant.
Hi Nicholas, welcome to THL!
I like the shoes!
I also love how the dial of your watch can change colors depending on the lighting and reflections, it looks like a light salmon color in your picture...as I said, I believe the struggle was worth it!
Best Regards, Dan
Dear Alex and Dan,
Thank you for your kind words of welcome.
One of the things I like the most about this "silvered opaline" dial are the varying shades of colour it offers.
Here's another attempt with a pair of suede shoes.
All the best,
I have the opposite probelm from Alex. I am wearing a VC, but not shoes. I work from home sometimes and this week is one of those times. It is more than 80 degrees Fahrenheit and I have not been wearing shoes. However, with my casual look, I have worn mostly my Overseas Dual Time in Stainless, although I am not ashamed to admit that today I wore my Patrimony Automatic w/Date in White Gold with a pair of Khaki shorts and a black Harley Davidson T-Shirt. Hey, the crocodile strap matches the TShirt. Blasphemy, maybe - but I love this watch.
after the effort the others put into getting a good shot. So, here is another (still sans feet, because... just... eww...).
While the watch surely still outclasses the ensemble, the pairing with the OS in Stainless is certainly a little more apropos. This is not a great pictire of the watch, but I know Alex is dying to see the whole TShurt. I wonder if the foiks on the other end of those conference calls knew I was wearing this (although with Patrimony) yesterday?
Good to have you back
Hope you are well...and it would be great to see you in HK at W&W if you can make it? BR, Dan
