Dear Alex.

As for me, there is the story that I heard from the VC staff of NSH which is a Japanese agency in the beginning in 1990.

When VC met it for a demand whether "the demand for VC would not lengthen for then VC CEO if I reproduced them which I was interested in for the model that VC produced the Japanese customers from 1940's to the latter half of 1950's very much" from NSH and started production, I heard it.

It is got close by the name of "Commemoration" every year to date from the beginning in 1990 by a Japanese customer.

Several years later, Les Historiques collection was born. Thank you.

thanks for the 1st hand info on the birth of the Historique

collection! Very interesting, so basically it was first a demand from the Japanese market which morphed into a regular production model?

Would love to see other Japanese limited editions if you have scans.
