SIHH 2013 Master Watchmakers at Work

Good evening to you all!

Just back from a fantastic time at the SIHH 2013 thanks to Alex the T-Rex. Those of us who were lucky enough to visit the engraving workshop at the manufacture came upon a few Master Watchmakers at Work. Can U tell who is who?

Enjoy,

Guillaume

Merci Guillaume! Much harder than it looks. But I came away with a much greater respect for the talents of the real engravers! A great thanks to our host and teacher that day, Julienne (hope I got the spelling correct). Joseph
Yep, I have seen them, too...

#1 Timothee Marron - chief executive of the engraving team #2 Joseph Caverneux - chief engraver #3 Gerard Anglais - junior engraver #4 Daniel Didier Chinois- apprentice engraver Seen them hard at work. The guys do a tremendous job and their highly valued creations in the collectors' world sell like hot cakes. Thank you master engravers for a wonderful welcome and a ticket to your world.

Thanks! I thought we made a good effort - considering the amount of Chartreuse the night before. G
