I did not get a chance to take many pictures of this year's novelties because by the time they came my way...the trays had to be taken away!
Here are the few that I took.
Is there anything more classy than a Excellence Platine Perpetual Calendar? The gritty, sandblasted, raw platinume dial is to die for!
The two Ultra-Thin OS really are amazing, the grey dial is different/lighter in shade from the grey used in VC's Patrimony and Traditionelle collections. But it is still VERY nice and a nod to the 222. I feel these two watches (the two-hand and PC) are the true descendants of the 222 from 1977. Here is the WG PC. It uses the same movement as the Excellence Platine PC. Cal 1120QP.
After the grey dial, the blue dial OS watches are my favorite of the new OS collection. This blue is different from the blue used in previous versions of the OS. The laquer finish of the new dials (all dial colors, not just the blue) is really special. It provides a two-tone look under certain lighting that is wonderful. I prefer it to the older blue dial. You've seen pictures of the blue time only and chronograph posted by others. Here is the new woman's OS with blue dial:
The cal 5300 is a new auto movement being introduced for the first time in the 3rd Gen. OS for women.
