SOME ADVICE PLEASE

ONE OF MY COLLEAGUES HAS A VC WITH A CA.1003 MOVEMENT, A LARGE SS CASE,SCREWBACK AND A STRANGE DIAL
I FEEL SURE ITS NOT CORRECT AND THINK QUESTIONABLE. THE CASEBACK HAS # 313608, MOVE# 616660.
SUPER LOOKING THIN WATCH. MEASURES ALMOST 35 MM.
IS IT POSSIBLE THIS A MARRIAGE?  THANKS

Hello Tirewatcher, My impression is that the case number 313608 looks like it was engraved seperately.  I also think the number 313608 should be from a time period before the cal. 1003 existed, so I have my doubts. The dial may have been redone, as "Geneve" does not appear to have the accent above the first "e". I'm sure others that are more knowledgeable will contribute soon. Best Regards, Dan
Dan is right! The case number corresponds to a tear drop lug case so

the case and movement were not born together. The dial is definitely redone
