Starting the week with something really rare: rectangular triple date

from the 1930s.

Recently some very rare VCs have been popping up and here is one which I managed to wisk away for a rapid photo shoot.

The watch needs a restauration but still looks fabulous heart

Restoration or not, it's still a fabulous piece. Love the Cartier-like case and the balance of the dialyes

Looks great, but what size is it, with the complications it can't be small?
Very nice!

IOne of the unexpected beneftis of opening the NY Boutique has been that many upper east siders have brought in vintage (inhereted) VC's that had been languishing in drawers for service. Bill

Great way to start the week Alex heart.  I ran to Lambelet Coen and found it as photo reference 3234 from 1929.  Victorin Piguet movement, I presume.  Any idea how many were made?

Alex, what is green gold, regular gold without it being rose gold?
an alloy where only silver and gold are used but no copper, it is more

yellow with a greenish tint rather than green.
Beautiful piece, very well balanced as Radek says

and really amazing with the number of complications going on, on this beautiful face. Green gold is also a rare one these days. A nice way to start the week. Best to all, Tim

Hi Alex, I notice that it says Vacheron & Constantin and Swiss but not Geneve. Any explanation? Do you have any photos of the movement? Joseph
Beautiful! VC should do a new version of this watch...
