I have contacted the Richemont headquarters for Asia-pacific. They are very enthusiastic. Mr. Dordon Yuen of the wholesale department in Hong Kong promised me to post a new screw and asked the dealer to fix it.
I satisfy the after service of them, although the screwing is not coming yet. I think this kind of service can catch customers' royalty. Big brand also needs great service to support.
One more thing, really thanks my dear friends Alex, Saltarello, Gilbert to help me solve this problem. I will still focus on VC and this nice forum.
