Hey Alex, that's a great "digital" watch from IWC . Your V&C has a fantastic quality 21 jewel movement. Is the case 45mm or thereabouts?
Some set the bar awfully high and never reach it...

Your VC Cabinet has definitely cleared the bar! Congratulaions on a wonderful collection. Miki
Try it, you'll like it!

I swear, once you handle a pocket watch you will discover a whole new experience . Better get 'em fast though...the value of scrap gold is sending many noble watches to the furnaces .
OMG, is everyone on holidays??

Doc and Dan must be locked up in a room somewhere to stop them from posting about their pocket watches . Well maybe a few "lurkers" could contribute
Sorry my friend,

Work has been crazy, I went to HK for the Hour Loung Dinner last night and more unfortunately for this thread: My pocket watches aren't with me, they're home in the U.S. right now - so I don't have any new scans to share. I am currently looking for a simple, minute-repeater, pocketwatch. Made by VC of course. This is the only thing on my buy list right now. Over the past week I was talking to a dealer in London about a 1910 LeCoultre MR pocket watch (I know, I know...almost blasphemy ) that was very reasonably priced...alas it wasn't what I expected it to be. So the search continues. Best Regards, Dan

Hey Dan, I look forward to hearing more about the HK dinner . Also nice to know about your future plans regarding PW's. IMHO, looking at other top-end makers isn't blasphemy at all, rather a natural extension of our hobby. Of course, V&C has a special place, but there are other worthy labels. This topic is dear to me because I have a special piece which isn't V&C but very much part of the V&C story...more to come in a few weeks . BTW, I'm away for the next week so I'll apologize in advance if I miss other interesting threads. It's time for a psychic recharge at a little cabin in the woods.
