True or fake?

Here is a pic of watch i get not so far, but i'm sure they are just simple imitation. In same time i would like to wonder if anyone maybe know if ever existed a true Vacheron Constantin Watch with such elaborate design?!

Behind the watch there are some numbers like 47120 SWISS MADE 1123290 - what may means this numbers? I guess kind of serial number (there are also "№72" on it by the way) or it is type of model if such existed...

Also, who may prompt to me what means hall-mark "750" even on real watch?

Sincerly,
Alexander

I don't know if the watch is fake or real.  There are many very elaborate fakes out there.  The 750 stamp would mean 75% gold, or 18k.

a fake I'm sorry to say. VC made many skeleton watches but not like this one (for a more thorough presenatation of VC skeleton watches check out the All Articles section, there is an article on VC skeletons) The numbers on the back refer to a fake reference number and a case number.
No comparison

Your example has crudely cut out plates that are covered with machined scrolls to make it look more elaborate than it really is.  The real thing takes some time and skill to carve as much as possible away from the metal without compromising strength and function.
