Some Help with A Bracelet Screw
03/26/2008 - 11:10

Dear Fellow Loungers,

What a coincidence this thread is up!  I was wondering why my Overseas Dualtime bracelet seemed a little bit loose.  It appears to have lost a small screw that is supposed to keep the bracelet tightly attached to the body of the watch.  I just also noticed the two screws on the other end of the other watch were beginning to look a bit jiggly too....just tightened them up before they fall out!

I am having trouble finding an e-mail address for getting a few spare screws.  Can anyone help?

Otherwise I might be posting up real pics of my Overseas without a bracelet!

Best regards

Hi James, VC does not supply spare parts (even a simple

screw!) to individuals and you will need to order it either via an AD or take it to VCs service center in your area. What you can do is look up the VC/Richmont service center in your area (their details can be found on the VC website) call them up and explain the situation and see what they suggest.
