You can even see the VC buckle. I can't quite identify a specific Malte model. Congratulations--It's a great find. Gee, it'd sure make a great prize for a Lounger if Alex could come up with another one....... Meanwhile we'll just keep thinking about that Swiss Army knife he has.......
It is 3-D, Nicholas.
You can see the buckle from the side but you have to angle it a bit. Its actually visible from all sides, top and bottom. From the bottom you can see the half maltese cross of the tang buckle.
Maybe Alex can find out how it was done ??
few about 4-5 years ago and I've never managed to put my hands on one!
The watch is made by laser etching!!
you're not presenting a cool new watch you're presenting a funky collector item :-)
Its quite a coincidence.
I saw it from outside one of the VC offices while touring their building and I thought "I gotta get me one of those!"
Et voila, one appears on eBay.
I love these laser made "souvenirs"....so, with a watch inside...I am found of LoooL
