Vacheron Constantin introduces the new Malte Power Reserve with Date

MALTE POWER RESERVE & DATE

The Malte line will be enriched with a new Power reserve & date model (replacing a similar model existing in the Patrimony line)

The perfectly sized 38 mm case houses Vacheron Constantin's new manufacture caliber 1420 (bearing the Geneva Seal)

The model is presented in two versions – 18K white or pink gold – and has a silvered dial in contemporary guilloche work. The dial features 18K gold fan-shaped hour and minute hands, a seconds counter at six o’clock, a power reserve indicator with 18K gold applied facetted hour-markers at eleven o’clock, and the date in a large counter at three o’clock.

This is todays the cleanest watch on earth,

and if I don't get one,

And you'll regret.  If you want clean dials, you should think about watches of H.Moser & Cie . Rolex is overrated .

correct, but this is the truth about Moser.

From Doc himself.

Published in Armbanduhren, and with a smile accepted from Moser

Please notice that the "clean" dial has 31 of April as date !!

We all have heard about 1 of April, but 31st  ???

I have communicated with Moser before/afterwards and there are no hard feelings !

They really took it with a

For you who don't understand German,

the small hand (month) is pointing at 4 (April),

and the date is 31 !

Nice addtion to the Malte collection.  I much prefer this to the old style of power reserve, small seconds and date, that I believe was part of the Patrimony collection. The old one always seemed a bit too stoic and plain.

Thanks for sharing.

Best regards,
