My Overseas Chrono was purchased less than a year ago and for the life of me cannot contact anywhere for service. The minute subdial will not set to zero and starts at 29 1/2 minutes, granted only off by 30 seconds but that is not good enough for me. When I spoke to the watchmaker at the salon in NYC he said if it didn't bother me to just leave it and I responded that if precision did not matter I wouldn't have purchased a VC. Also they only accept drop offs, no deliveries.
The boutique in NYC could not give me a valid service number and after calling Richemont in Texas a representative chuckled and said he would forward my info to someone at VC. At one point someone had me call 877-701-1755 and ask for Melanie. She was not available and again got the run around from a lady who also could not give me a valid service center number.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to have my watch serviced. A phone number that would connect me to someone who cared would be most appreciated.
